Here's the weather in Falmouth,
on the north coast, Jamaica.
| Patrick Childers, a fellow breeder
and conservator of exotic birds here in central Texas, has a spot on a
river on the edge of the rainforest, at the end of the road, just south
of Falmouth--on the north coast of Jamaica. We head south from Falmouth
into the rainforest; to Windsor, Trelawney District. He actively
promotes conservation and eco-tourism into the area.
Persons interested in touring the area, or in a donation time or money to the project--contact Patrick at 1-409-846-1891, USA. The area is 'primative'--without electricity or running water, but by no means inhospitable. The Saint Elizabeth river courses lazily past lush scenery, comfortable cabins, and breathtaking mountain foothills where local inhabitants grow fruits, vegetables, and coffee beans. |
